I Forgot What This Plant Is?

i got this plant today and forgot the name of it. if anyone can help me identify it that would be great

can i also remove it from the basket,

It looks like a micro sword to me. Echinodorus something... Maybe E. Tenellus? To plant, take it out of the pot and remove the rock wool (cotton wool stuff) and seperate it into plantlets (should be a small group of stems, then a short connecting "root" to another bunch of stems and so on). Plant them about 1 - 2 cm appart using tweezers (so much easier than with fingers!). They should fill out the gaps reasonably quickly if conditions are good
