sorry i couldn't get a better pic of the eel I picked him up today and he's doing great. He ate so much food i thought he would burst so I stopped giving him food. he ate about half a shrimp that was about 4in long. How much should i feed him cuz i'm afraid I'll feed him to much. Also will he eat my purple anthias's and green mandarin?

My plans for stocking in the end ill have the fish below

1 yellow tang
1 blue regal
1 black clownfish
1 lawnmower blenny
1 green madarin
1 snowlfake eel
5 purple anthias
1 purple tang
1 red sea sohal tang
1 chocolate tang
1 achilles tang
1 blue flasher wrasse
1 christmas wrasse

Also i already have 3 purple anthias but I added them today and there still hiding sorry.

Any other fish suggestions would be great i'll continue to update and try to get better pics of eel and purple anthias.

I forgot to add my blenny.

I also forgot my shrimp. srry i can't post more then 1 pic per post due to size i think 1 or 2 more pics left.

Well I went ahead and took out the big green plant well most of it anyways and here's a pic of what was under it. I plan to do a waterchange and clean it up this weekend =).

Sorry for bubbles on last pic.

I just added 3 purple anthiasas and they haven't come out of hiding yet so i haven't been able to get a pic of it. I will post a pic of them as soon as they become more comfortable in my tank =) I hope eel didn't eat them.

What's this plant I don't know whether to take it out or not.

It looks nice and healthy and is some type of bubble algae. It will do a fanatastic job of keeping your nitrates and phosphates in check and will also provide a valuble space for pods to grow which make great live fish food and help keep the tank balanced. Chop it back from time to time to stop it talking over, but I would keep it :)
Tank looks good :)

Alright thanks for the info and I did chop it back last night left terrible things behind dead something is all over the ground ill have to clean it during a waterchange

I can't seem to get a pic of the purple anthias. 1 of them came out swam for awhile and then when i came back with the camera he was hiding in what was left of the green plant.

Oh ya and if anyone know how much i should feed my eel please tell me because after feeding him yesterday I couldn't get over the fact of how much he ate. It was like a garbage disposal.

it's a grape caulerpa, a good nitrate / phosphate user which will help keep the levels down in the tank, but does spread very quickly and once established is difficult to remove.
