Well this is my Female crowntail. As those who dont know it She jumped out of her bowl and I found her half death. She had white stuff around the part were she fell like ick so I treated with a salt bath. Then the next day she had fin rot and it advance Very FAST. Now look at her Im trying really hard to save her she still healthy swimming around. But swimming down Well u guys see how she looks before everything happend. 
I've had a gal jump out too, she died... I hope the same doesn't happen with yours. Her tail is just lovely. You could try a few meds on her, though it really depends on the symptoms - post in the betta forum if you want any more help with that. Best wishes!!
