pair one.. blue lace black orchid VTxPK male and blue lace melano PK girl(proven fertile) pair are unrelated.

pair two.. blue/purple/red VTxPK male and white lightly marbled PK girl, pair are brother+sister.

pair three.. Blue marble butterfly SD male and blue marble delta girl, pair are unrelated.

....

if i could id spawn all three pairs at once!...

hmm.... i may be able to spawn 2 pairs... hmm mabey even all three.. mabey not

i would do male form pair 3 and female from pair 2.Try and make some pk marbles

ive only had the male from pair 3 for just over 24 hours.. hes already buble nesting

does it matter if they are related?? I have never bred fish so I have no clue....I know line breeding in horses, but I am lost when it comes to fish.

I like the 3rd set, never seen a girl betta like that

you can line breed with betta like you can with any other animals. indeed it often helps to improve of a colour in the next generation if the pair are related.

so how far can you take the line breeding....like set of siblings, then next set of siblings, then the next set?

not sure how many generations you can carry it for, but 2-3 is ok i belive
