Pics Of Last Sucesful Spawn

finaly got pics uploaded of them.. these were a cross between a VT marble girl, and a PK wild type male.
very slow to mature. please excuse the mucky glass, they realy need wiped down!
i love this little white girl, she has a tiny bit of marbling to her body and a tiny bit on her anal fin, im thinking il pair her to one of her brothers. you may notice that not only is her brother (the very dark fellow) living alongside her and the rest of the sisters, but he is happily cohabiting with two of his brothers.. they were in containers suspended in the water to seperate them, but the plec knocked them over and they have been living together for several weeks now, without so much as a flare... please note "NOT THE NORM!!" cheack out the more brightly coloured boy, his tail is very long and slender, not like a normal veil... kinda like a flagtail guppy!





might like to mention, the tears in the last guys fins, he is in a tank with a devider but he was on his own at firts but he kept jumping the devider and catching his tail in the top of the devider, the water level has now been dropped so he cant do this

oohh you could spawn them two together to get a more deffinitive VT tail! and get marbled black and whites hehe

the whole point in the cros was to eventualy create a pk with the original females marbling, i didnt expect any fry in the F1 to have either pk or marble, but here i have this pk marble female.. i want to pair her to one of her brothers to produce a few pks with her colouration. the big black guy is too big to breed with her, hes probobly kill her=/ but the "flagtail" guy is a bit smaller so he may be what i need, as he will be "split" for pk and marble, and will produce (if my knowlage of genetics is what it once was) 1/4 vts and 3/4 pk, the markings im not so sure as i got a mixed bunch as far as colours wre concerned

yup indeedy he would have been perfect for her

Thats really cool! The males have like the pk look and color too them but with the longer vt fins, lol nice job!!
