My Tanks

I went a bit mad with your large tank,so it looks over-processed, but I'd like to nominate this tank for TOTM too :)

Thanks Ken!

I am not very good with photo software other than the basics. I am going to try using my tri-pod on a stool next time I try to take pics. I may add them onto this thread.

So, TOTM...

Is it judged on tank or pic taking? Tank, I imagine! LOL

Hey again,

Just wanted to add a photo I just took of my biggest tank with it's blue light on. Sorry about the candle reflections.

Hope you like.

What type of tank is your 84US tropical tank.
It looks just like mine. :D

Beautiful tanks CS  very nice.

You should try resting the camera on a tall stool or table and using the countdown timer to take pics without the flash, they should come out clearer, or hold the camera with your elbows against your body to stabilise it. If it allows you to change the ISO, change it to around 300-400. I sometimes use a tripod when taking full tank pictures but am lucky to have a quite steady hand :)

Also have all lights off except the tank...

Ken
Is this one better?

Yeah I quite like that one too, but it's kinda hard to see what's the background and what real with the flash on. I think having it off takes better pics...

Here's my little topical with the flash on:
