Plants look fake and it looks like a Common Plec, 2 Boesmani Rainbows and a Convict

(thats all you can see)

Spot on DE! well almost, there is a 2 inch blue acara in there too. Looks a bit bare at the mo to be honest!

It might be a bit bare just now but remember that the convict and Acara will easily hit 6"+ and the Rainbows the same...it wont be empty for long
