Fry Update With Pictures

About a month ago I posted about having swordtail fry. Well so far only one was big enough to release into my main tank so I took some pictures. Hope you like them

I love that you're using marbles for substrate.

I decided on marbles so that when my fish have babies i can see them better when i go to catch them LOL. I still need a bunch more marbles but they seem to be hard to find. One store ordered some for me. She said they should be there tomorrow.

marbles are like hens teeth to find why not use some glass stress beads you can get them herbal shops and many other shops, even try ebay

I just about have enough marbles for the bottem now. I got about 6 pounds of them today and wednesday I am going to get another 6 pounds or so. I bought all the store had and she was getting more for me. I have 15 fry still in the fry tank that arent quite big enough to release. They should be big enough in another week or two. But I also have 2 pregnant swordtails and 2 pregnant guppies. I think they should allhave thier babies in the next week or two.

Edited to add: Most of the marbles I have in my tank are the half marbles. Are them the same thing as glass stress beads?

that is one cute baby, i thought about using marnles for my betta but couldnt even find enough to cover a 5g hex tank!
