Here is Helmet, he is just getting over a mouth infection....dunno, probably too much fighting...heh heh, he does alot of that!
He is sold as an "electric blue II" but I have no idea what his scientific species is.....

He is about 4" Nowhere near as big as the O.B.'s and Sciaenochromis fryeri he lives with though....heh heh

He seems to be doing alot better.....the Yellow he was fighting with is in pretty bad shape still He may have to go to the hospital

No. The only kind of cichlid I would recommend for a 10 gallon would be some sort of dwarf shell dwelling tanganyikan......or maybe a couple of rams....these guys get up to 6-8" and at full grown I would not suggest anything smaller than a 20 ....minimum
