Looks a lot similar to my L075 "Para Pleco" That would be my best bet. Search planetcatfish.com for L075/Para Pleco.

I'm with Smithrc, looks like a Big Spot Peckoltia (L163).
Ours is only about 3" at the moment but he's colouring up really nice as he gets bigger.

I stand corrected, sorry silver wolf. Was I close? Speaking of para, mine just died an hour ago due to ich or the treatment or both 
I am never going to find another l075 because the one I had was dropped off by some guy who didnt want his. Anyway, sorry for the incorrect I.D.Drew
