Can Someone Id My New Pleco Please

My Girlfriend bought me a pleco last week from World of Water in Timperley as she had heard me saying I would love a pleco. She says that it was on special offer for £5 and that the young lad who served her said it is a para pleco. I have looked at some photos on the internet and I'm not sure so what could be better than to ask the experts lol I realise that if it is a para pleco that it will grow quite big and will go into a larger tank which I intend on getting very soon.

Any ideas guys and gals ?

I agree, looks like a Big spot Peckoltia (L163). According to PLanetcatfish.com, he'll only get to about 4.5".
Definitely got yourself a bargain, we paid £18 for ours.

Blimey - thats quite small

£18 still isnt as much as I've seen them for - (well paras anyway)
there is a 3" para in our local store for £45!

Don't tell me that, I'd love a Para Pleco. Sadly, haven't got the room for anymore.

Must be nearly fully grown then Stang lol. Its about 4 inches now. Thanks for your help guys and gals.
