Sarja Cichlid

ok i gave this fish to my sister from my tank because he got beat up abit by my green terror....since then weve noticed these white spots on the fish.....its not white spot looks more like some ones stuck pins in fish then squeezed it a liitle to where the white pertrudance appears...

please help as never seen this before
