Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): He/she has a white-ish growth over it's eye, its behavior has not changed. I got him/her about two weeks ago, about a week ago I noticed a bump over its eye but there was no discoloration it was black like it should be just slightly raised.

Volume and Frequency of water changes:~50% weekly

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:

Tank inhabitants: mollys, platys, corys, a bristlenose, as well as two other Keyholes

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): none

Exposure to chemicals: none

Digital photo (include if possible): Here's a pic, I think the flash made it look slighty bigger then it is.

Now that it is out of its cave, which it was staying in, the white looks more like a hole rather then a bump. Could it be HITH?

I found this for Symptoms.

A darkening in colours
It looks like it is a little

A tendency to 'hang' in corners, or to remain in isolation from other fish, even at feeding
It's in a cave alot of the time

A tendency to stare at food but without eating it, or if it does take a sample it immediately spits it out again
It would swim up to peices but not eat

The decline in food acceptance, is often accompanied or followed by lethargy, and a reduction in muscle tissue which gives the fish a 'pinched' appearance behind the head and the skin 'texture' may take on a roughened appearance
Haven't noticed that

White, jelly like excreta can often be seen trailing from the anal vent, on the floor of bare bottom aquaria, or sometimes white, stingy 'rotted plant-like material' is 'adrift' in the aquarium
Haven't noticed any

The wasted fish may develop a bloated stomach region
no looks kind of skinny

Skin lesions may start to appear, especially on the body and the head, in the region of the lateralis system - these holes may eventually expand and connect to from considerable size 'craters'
Yup, right above the eye

so what do you guys think, could it be HITH?

What colour is the jelly as it sounds like internal parasites.
Can you see anything like a worm on the bump near the eye.

I don't see anything like a worm, But the hole above it's eye seems to have filled in with white stuff and I have noticed a "White, jelly like excreta can often be seen trailing from the anal vent" Does this still sound like internal parasites?

Yes I would get an internal parasite med, and internal parasites can cause bacterial infections on top.
