Hi, I'm kind of new to livebearer's and am worried about my Swordtail's.

I've got a tank with 7 Guppy's and 8 Swordtail's. I did have 9 Guppy's but two died earlier this week.

In the picture's below, are the red/pink patches normal?

it looks fine to me as far as i can tell, how long have u had the fish?

Here's another picture, what concerned me was the red/pink mark behind/below the eye. Could this just be part of it's natural colouring?

yes, it's part of the gills. My guppies have that and there haven't been any problems so far so I'd say it's normal.

Well their some lovely coloured pineapple swords there and their is noting to worry about, as they look fine

looks like extremely healthy swords, that are beutiful too. Also, the guppy in the second post, looks like it is going to give birth in the next 12 or so hours, you might want to get on top of it( or let it have them in the tank).

I have pineapple swordtails too with the same exact markngs and spots! I have had them for several months.
