Here is a pic of my sisters turtle, Fiestie, who tried to bite my finger off while trying to take a picture of it. :crazy:

He is a 10 month old red eared slider. who is taking up a 30 gallon with 2 other turtles(that I am trying to steal back for a ciclid tank) :shifty: .

:crazy: That would've sucked but he is only 3 1/2 inches long. When he bites it only feels like a pinch.

Aww I love him, too! I had turtles when I was young, but for years they weren't available in Canada. Now, they're available again, but the requirement is that they had to have been born and raised in Canada. Now, instead of being $10 each, they're more like $50. :X
 
He was actually wild caught in Kentucky lake and transported over the border (please don't tell the authorities) to my home in Northwest Indiana. He was about an inch and a half when we caught him and has more than doubled his size.
