Hi, i've recently noticed a small black patch on the end of custard's (male VT) tail fin.

If you can make it out on these pics its right on the end of the tail fin.



If you can make it out should i treat it just in case?
Also with what, melafix or aquarium salt?

I can't really see the spots you are talking about but if you do decide to treat it to be on the safe side I would go with melafix because it can't hurt anything

If you see the blue light on his tail fin, its the black patch directly above that.

Black patches on fish can be ammonia burns that are healing so what are your stats.
