Got a dilema really.

I like both plec's and i can't decide which one to get.

Here's my tank at the minute,got few plant's coming mid week



Queen arabasque hide's in the big piece of bogwood at the min, took ages to spot her

If you already have a Hypancistrus (qa) i'd go for the sultan, just my opinion tho
 
Out of the two, which is most active, I know the King T would help reduce algae but im getting 6 shrimps anyway for that!

I would imagine that the sultan will actually do a better job on the algae than the tiger, the tiger is more of a carnivore.

Way i see it is the qa and the tiger are pretty similar looking species, if i was thinking about the tiger i'd rather try and get a m/f pair of the qa's to perhaps breed them, whereas the sultan is a completely different looking fish to the one you already have.

as for which one is more active im not sure tbh, plecos i get never seem to fit the 'pattern' anyway, their own personality seems to come through rather than what they 'should' be like

Yes i do, Pet City just round the corner from the corn exchange (in between it and the markets), its where i get nearly all my L's from, i know they have had L239's delivered today for sure, normally has betweeen 4-8 different sp. in at any time
