Can't Identify White Spot On Top Of Nose/head

Can anyone help me identify what the white patch is on the top of the mollie's head. It doesn't appear to be white and cottony, nor does it appear to be salt-like. It's more scaly looking, and he is also losing color on his fin behind him. I am not sure how to treat. Thanks

Looks like columnaris to be quite common to present it's self on top of the head.
What are your water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
Maracyn one and two.
 
Yeah it seems to be Columnaris. I have a Pleco with that right now. Use Maracyn it will clear it up quite quickly!!! Good Luck!
 
looks like my Creamcicle molly. hows ur water stats? mollys are picky and if you dont get it right they will keep getting sick
