Any 1 Got Any Pics Of Their Juwel Rekord 60 Or 70

This is what mine used to look like.
(I know now that two of those plants are non-aquatic)

Wow they look really kl!!! :good:
Do you think the juwel rekord 70s to small for my 2.5-3 inch bala shark?

Definetly!
Even though hes small at the moment hes going to be pretty active and he will grow to 12" maybe more. They need to be in groups and in large tanks. And i do mean large, like 4ft minimum.
The other fish in your sig look fine though. However I think you should get 4 more Otos, glowlights, neons and loaches.

Here's how mine is looking these days:

Going to be getting another tank in the New Year to rehome the Gourami as 1 Has become quite teritorial and hangs out at the back bottom right, in a little 'chill-out-zone' I made for him using some reeds and a rock.

Could this be where he's getting ready to breed??

Whilst I'm here. I did get a new tanks mate yesterday, a Black Widow called Kenny...

... Can anyone guess what happened??

.. My Sevrum, Grace, who I already notised trying to bite off more than she can chew by eating snails, hunted him down. He was so small didn't stand a chance. I didn't buy him so can only guess the other Tetras have been getting jiggy whilst my back is turned. Other thing is, he's the only one I've seen?? Literally put my hand in to remove a dead leaf, put it in the bin and saw this little fella, about 7mm long swimming near the top. By the time I'd figured out a quick fix solution, I heard a 'tap...tap-tap-tap' looked round and Grace had cornered him and had devoured him in about 1 bite.

Kenny was dead.

Could there be others?- havn't seen any anywhere. Guess Grace has polished them off before they had a chance.

The gourami is aggro because that tank isnt big enough for 3, or even 2.

The green severum shouldnt be in there either. In a tank that small he'll eat anything he can very quickly. They need big tanks. 50 Gallon isntead of a 12 gallon. It doesnt matter that hes small (hes not that small). Rehoming or moving him into another tank should be done.

Its a nice tank and im not being nasty or anything but Im saying what needs to happen for the benefit of the fish and for you (its not nice to see dead fish)

No worries thats cool. I know the need to move, although the severums quite happy with the other fish at the mo and they dont bother each other. He has a small problem with the Gourami's but that should be solved in January went the new tank is purchased.

great tank jimbooo as always. :good: those harlequins look great in there, nice and big and plump
