Can't make the pic out to well it's blury, but it doesn't look like whitespot in the pic.
Can you describe it.

they look somewhat like dandruff like flakes or that he has dry skin and its somewhat peeling or something.

Edit: i forgot to mention; i think i saw a few of the flakes come off when he swam hard.

They can peel with bacterial and parasites.
Flukes can cause them to peel, more inclined for some reason to say parasite.
Is there any flicking and rubbing going off.
I think for now I would go in with some methylene blue.

Is that a little clown pleco? Bear in mind they have spikes all over their body. I take it the flakes are different from the spikes? Hard to tell from photo.

Here is a pic of my clown plec with his spikes.

ill be posting a more clear picture as soon as i can

Im not sure what kind of pleco it is, it was sold to me as a yellow zebra pleco, but i dont think it is, i was supposed to post an id post on the plec section but i never got the chance before this popped up.

from the picture it looks like a VERY bad case of whitespot...

Get the piccy up ASAP or make your own descision as you need to treat now - or it will die.

Dont mean to be dramatic but from the piccy it looks like it might be to far gone all ready. :(
