So I was reading through the info in the sticky above trying to figure out how to get a decent pic of my fish. Many attempts later and I'm still doing it wrong, but....

I'm quite happy with the pic, not so happy with the marks on the glass, lol.

The full pic is still 500k or so, so avoid if you're on a modem :)

That is a very nice picture :)

The only thing I would change would be cleaner glass and a background :good:

Hehe, I completely agree on the glass.. was shocked to see that. As for the background it's there.... it's just matt white. Still, it's a step in the right direction :)

you can always use photo editing i used coral photo-paint and paint shop pro.

Thing is you can take hundreds of shots until you get the right one

Yeah, I'm a complete noob when it comes to cameras. Hundreds of shots is very true, the problem is my camera only gets about 6 pics at max res on the memory card :) Hundreds of shots takes a long time. I think cleaning the glasss before continuing to take pics makes sense in this case :)

WOW i thinks its an excellent pic, i agree it is really difficult getting a good pic, i too have taken and binned hundreds. hopefully one day i will get that decent shot -_-

He's a beautiful boy and your picture looks fine, especially compared to mine! :(
