Looks like a dwarf gourami, probably female.

i do not think it is a dwarf guarami, as they are usually more colorful, this ones white! Perhaps the colorful ones are males...

It looks like a female dwarf Gourami to me. The little female we had was a gold/silver colour.

Females are a dull silverish.

This was our female. Sadly she died from an infection. As you can see she is a gold/silver colour.
