Cool Video!

But, is that motoro gonna get moved when he's older? Is that it's home for life?

Lovely fish, but have to agree - that big ray can hardly turn around :/

How big does a tank have to be for one of those? I'd have thought even my 180g would be too small?

except he has a 280g tank being set up in his garage if you scroll down and check it out

doing good cane. Doing good.

have to say cane, you really need that new tank setup.

anyone else with a tank like that would get jumped on for overstocking.

awesome fish they are tho!
to be honest i couldnt care less if everyone jumps on me for being overstocked.my filters are keeping the water perfectly clean so i dont see a problem

she has no problem turning round at all :grr: yes your 180 is to small they will need roughly 300 gallons or 7x3x2 when fully grown

thx mate :good:

No need to be so defensive, like you - those who have posted only have the best interests of the fish at heart ;)

BTW I wasn't suggesting I put one in mine. My tank's already stocked and I dont particularly want one lol. I was meaning that 100g is waaaay too small and even one the size of mine would be. The sooner that big tank's set up the better. Did you not think of waiting til it was before you bought another ray? I mean I'd have thought the 100g was overstocked without the new one.

point taken but my plan was to set the new tank up ages ago and have all the fish in there but i lost my job so its taking a lot longer to sort out :(
the new tank will be filled up within 2 weeks so there is no problem :p

Nice vids!

and good luck with the new tank im sure they will love it :good:

What filtration will you be using? Also what will the dimensions of the new tank be? I'm personally interested in this, not for moaning at you.

Also will you be adding another ray? 1m 1f generally isn't the way to go.

i have 1 x pro 3 + 1 x 2252 and 2 x 2217s from the 100g.
the new tank is 84x32x24 and i will be adding another female motoro
