here it is...
The first picture is the part your going to want to take off. Just gently pull the sides off. Two peices of plastic will still stick up if the hood is like mine, you can hook the back of the fixture onto that. I would recommend maybe fitting a peice of plexiglass on the open part under the new strip as i've heard the water that hits the bulb will build up and dull the light over time.
