The "striped guy" is a Anostomus Anostomus, Giant Pencilfish.

hello,
that looks like a bristle nose catfish. they dont grow too big, about 4-5 inches at the most.
here,s one of mine(with my cae) and it looks the same!!

Oh...all the Bristlenosed catfish i've seen..had bristles err..on their nose.

But maybe its a different sort.

both the Bristlenose catfish in the photo's shown are both young and haven't grown bristles yet

I have an Anostomus Anostomus myself. Very cool to watch them pick at the bottom for food upside down!
