I cant remember its name, its not a suitable aquariums plant, i think its a marsh/wet land plant, it will die back after a months or so and pollute the water.

yep its not aquatic
you can plant it in a pot and but it in your bathroom

thanks guys, another question, does anyone know the name of the plant?
The plant is called White Ribbon, best results with the roots in water.

this is used as a teranium plant but loads of plant sellers sell this (as well as a few others) as true aquatic plants ( stay away from dracenas, Stardust ivys, violet/purple ivys etc)
this plant is chlorophytum bechetii or wheat plant or white ribbon. a good rule is that if it looks like a house plant it usually is
it may also be a dracena sanderiana they are very similar in look, both are non aquatic adbn at best can be used in teraniums
