hi there................my cold tank is around 18oc and all is good but how big is the tank?
do you have heating on in house?
cold water fish prefer cooler temps...iam not a exspert here just finging out a few things
also do you have good filteration cos goldfish produce huge ammounts of waste
and need space

these are my babys always bunch up together but never stop moving

thanks for the reply, my tank is pretty big 3ft by 1ft by 1.5ft i think around 140 litres. so they have plenty of room and ive gone overkill with the filter. my house is really warm, usually due to the mrs having the heating on full, i just want to check that the temp isnt dangerous for the fish. i will try to keep temp down from now on, thanks for advice,

I hope you are checking the ammonia and nitrite daily as its a new set up.
You are overcrowded as the two blackmoors and oranda need at least 30 gallons between them and the common 20.
The temperature is fine for them but make sure they get lots of oxygen in the water.

I agree with black angel, although the temps are fine for fancy goldfish like black moors and oranda's, common or comet goldfish will be finding the temps a bit on the warm side, although they can tolerate such temps for quite a while.
And yeah, the tank will be cycling because its newly set up, so you should buy yourself a test kit for ammonia and nitrites at the least and test the water daily, doing a 30% water change with dechlorinator/water conditioner anytime you see ammonia or nitrites rise above 0  .
