Ram Lump

Here's a picuture of my ram with a growth on it's lower jaw. It has developed from a small lump in a day or so. It's been a small lump for about a week or two but suddenly errupted. Any ideas what it could be. I'm guessing at a parasite or something. It grew bigger when I added white spot treatment to the tank. He's very listless doesn't seem aware of his surroundings at all.

Your thoughts???

Eww looks kinda nasty but i dont know what it is.

I don't know what the lump is but my clown knife had a simular lump when a piece of food got lodged in its jaw.
