Brown Dust?

i have a brown dust like in my tank ive repositioned a powerjet to concentrate on some maybe dying pulsating coral, but its blowing this dust around, the dust looks a little like spiderweb lead over the rock please excuse fingerprints cant get my 2 yr old away shes quite facinated
