well seeing as how it's a plastic decoration i'm not sure if it has a name, unless you want the name of the plant it was modeled after. either way i have no clue.

Well it resembles Ceratophylum Demersum (aka Hornwort) although this plant has green leaves.

I'm pretty sure that's a cryptoplasticia red. Careful they grow quiet large.
