New Rio 125 Puffer Tank

just bought this rio 125 to hold a puffer and some other fish when we decide what to put with it what do you all think only just set it up so plants will obviously grow more and bubbles and tank will clear.

The tank looks good. What sort of wood is that? Is looks a little bare at the moment but as you said the plant still have to develope. Make sure to post more pics when it has matured some.

Just a friendly advice note: You would get better circulation in the tank if you pointed the pipe that feeds off the powerhead downwards. It would reduce the number of still water spots.
 
i have it angled up so i disturbs the surface of the water to increase the oxygen in the water. Im buying some more plants today and moving a bit of the wood round so ill post pics later on today.
 
Right ive added some more wood and plants today and i added the puffer.
Its a topaz puffer its about 4"

You want to be VERY careful what you add with that puffer otherwise you've got a case of world tank war III

Have you thought about some java moss or something to stick to your bogwood
