Just thought I would post a couple of pic's of a nice brace of Bream I caught at 'Ratherheath Tarn' earlier this week while on holiday in The Lake District (Cumbria)

4lb 14oz & 5lb 13oz respectively. A new p.b for this particular species. :hey:

Nice fish! I like to go fishing for bass and brim, but I just don't have time anymore now days.

went fishing the other day, down my local canal, i got told to use wheatabix as groundbait, so i did and this is one of the results, i was using flat bread on a size 16 hook.
i caught more but not much bigger than this.

common carp, about 2 1/2lbs

Looks like some good catches there :good:

I prefer sea fishing, much easier, rod goes in, fish comes out :D

this 5lb 70z ghostie caught on same as above but used method feeder and groundbait was chopped fine prawns and cockles and mix with crushed down mainline fusion freezer boilies

some very nice catches there im a newbie at fishing and would be intrested in your advice on those baits etcetc so if you would tell me pleas click the link below for my new fishing forum cheers :)
