I was going to hold out for a crowntail or maybe a plakat but when I saw this guy at the LFS I just couldn't resist! He's a regular veil tail but he has really nice markings on him. I will apologize at this point for my usual lousy pics....
BTW this is a 5g planted with some snails and a couple of ghost shrimp.

The pics don't do him justice as he has faint markings of lavender and blue on his fins...

He's a pretty boy!!!!

I personally love veil tails.

My first betta was a LPS veil tail and it's all his fault that I am addicted to bettas!!!! I still have him and I love him gobs and gobs. :wub:
