New Ct's, Prayinng For Some Nice Spawns

Since my other gorgeous male is a spawning disaster so far, I just got this guy shipped to me via a regional breeder. I am hoping to create three lines from him, introducing a blue/purple marble gene on one line, and pink butterfly, thai on the other two. So they will be a very interesting series of babies

I have mommy's with DR genes, so with his quads it will be neat to see how the finnage turns too. I may let you guys have some of the first round of f1's as I try to develop the finnage and colors I am after.

But he's just cute! And, my kids named in Valentino (ie: valentine, color). lol

YesKoosh is a sweetie she has one of those just darling personalities.She also bubblenests and picks up eggs) She is my fave match for him I think thier colors will go soooo well, esp with her cambo gene... His line has produced some amazing fish!

If my Betta is gone by the time you're ready to sell some of the offspring, I wouldn't mind some females... -wants to start a sorority tank once George goes.- He's already three years old, and going fading and grey at the tips of his fins so... *pouts* not sure how much longer he'll be around. Least he's happy in his 30 gallon tank. XD

aWWWW He and the female were DOA WAHHHHH!

I've never had a DOA and either has my breeder, so we sobbed together Weird really cause it was overnight, and with heat and insulation and no apparent box damage. So she is going to locate me another hottie male from this line...

But, in the meantime, she also incuded a freeble male that looks like Feather but with an all white body. I've got to name him something that means survivor etc since he was the sole LOA.

And, I am also getting these two as a replacement until my pinkie marble from the original line comes in, here is the male, red butterfly with full mask:





I'm going to breed him to a thai flag female. And to Koosh

Almost looks like an oddly shaped, beautiful goldifsh..

haha, well that is him in KILL mode, little torpedo he is. I had to give him his own 7 gal, as he loves to patrol and bite everything, he is constantly swarming around Happy fellow tho, he will eat and suck off my fingers)

I should get you guys a lovely pic of him flaring. Igot him on a deal since he had split his caudal, but he is such a great guy, very confident and showy)

I've renamed him Big Red, he's pretty large for a betta. And it suits his personality.
