White Thing On Clown Knife

Anybody know what this white thing on the bottom of my Knife is? It goes in and out all the time. If it's poop, he's constipated because it's always there. Pecker, maybe? Picture_002.jpg
 
I would get a magifying glass out to see if you can tell if it looks like a parasite, as i can't make it out to well.

The bulge is because he just got done inhaling five goldfish. it's like this before he eats too. How do they poop? I never see any poop in the tank. Is this where his pooper is?
 
I wouldn't feed him feeder fish they can be deseased plus they is no nutrition in them, he could have internal parasites as they have long stringy white poo with that, plus the anus will be enlarged and red and inflamed.

He won't eat anything but feeders. If it ain't moving, he ain't eating. He looks and acts healthy otherwise. No redness or swelling. If I treat for parasites and he doesn't have them will it harm him?
 
the feeders could be the cause of the bulge, constipation or a parasite is very possible when it comes to the feeders..
