i jus started fishing last year and i can remember my first carp it was a small one but i was so pleased with wat i had caught now i have bin catching bigger ones

caught it on bread flake in south wales. That was my first freshwater double.

have to give you credit thogh, i hooked a 20 pounder last summer and the bugar put up a good 30 minut fight before i had a bowman take him out for me.

theres a fishing lake in gowerton, by a golf range. theres some really big carp in there, i think someone caught a 23 pounder in there in the summer, theres also a place in pontyrdillais called white springs that has been stocking some 40 pounders in there

OO 40lbers ive hooked and landed a 36lb before Jeez the fight took bout 45 mins but hey the 2.5lb TC in my rod helped along with 16lb braid to 14lb mainline
