I think its a african one line tetra.

Looks like Hyphessobrycon scholzei.

Thanks guys! I'll start from what you've told me, and work my way up from there. I was assuming it was some sort of local fish, but I could be wrong.

It took a very long time to get the pic, the little guy is very active, and and less than an inch long
