if they are free swiming they should be fine just powder up some flake for them as it sinks they will eat it when they are big enough ( 2-3cm) to eat pellets get ahold of some discus colour and growth food they are a small pellet its made by aqua magic it will grow them up quickly and colour...

yes it can be done if its clean but then again when we had a huge cigar shark who grew out of the 4ft tank we used the tub as a holding tank till we sold him he was in it for 3wks and he was fine but i wouldnt reccomend making it a permanent thing
