Atya Gabonensis is their name. There are several filterfeeding shrimp a few small, most belong to the Atya group if you are into reasearching. Look for names starting with Atyaopsis, Atya, Micratya... There are some good listings on some German sites. The thing with those other species is that...

My palaemonentes (ghost) shrimp can survive at that temp no problem. Cherry shrimp and a few related have been documented live at that temperature well but I do beleive it has to be over 18 for them to breed.

Yeah well I sure would atually like to know who, or see soem documentation on someone who sucesssfully breeds these shrimps, it would have to be on an industrial scale to support a giant like PETCO/SMART. and no, damming up a section of river in a forrest does not count as "captive breeding"...

Seeing "bamboo shrimps" at the evil chain stores like PETCO make me cry especially since it is in many PETCO (since it is an evil chain) which means a shrimp not studied well in the wild that cannot sucessfully be bred in captivity yet and are being flooded in the market...wow seems verry...

wow....Magandang isda! You truely have fish that are beautiful! It is nice to see lovely female fish! Love her tail!. Female betta are my favourite, it is good to see some very very pretty girls.
