asside from thier appearance there is not to much difference from the two. except the clarkii is a hardier fish than the sebea. both are semi-aggressive and need 30 gallons. when it comes down to it you will have to pick which look you like the best.

some lfs sell shells or even bags of shells. i do not know if the ones from craft stores are good enought, i never tried them.

in my opinion i dont think that there is anything you could put in a 30 gallon tank that wouldnt soon become food for the lion.

our clowns have a cave like area in the live rock they go to at night.

your salinity should be alright. you can always add more salt if you are weary.

putting your tang from a large tank to a small 20 gallon may stress it out and cause the ich to get worse. i never trust putting any chemicals in our tank, whether it says reef safe or not. you just never know.

if you add artificial decor to your tank more than likely it will get covered with unwanted algea. all clowns are different and some will host in things and others will not.

its probably stressed from being in such a small environment. even if its small it can still get stressed from it.

yeah, we have a 12 gallon nano and this is what we have in it. no quarrels or anything.
