actually, i NOW have 5 tiger barbs all together... i HAD 6, 3 green and three regular. Actually i have read that they should be in a 30 gallon minimum.. and i under stand that, but i got them very very small, some havent even reached one full inch yet, and the others just barely past the 1 inch...

The other day I was in my room, and I walked over to my fish tank and was looking around for my 3rd green barb... i couldnt find him... and its only a 10 gallon tank.. :fish: I found him... under a fake plant sitting in the gravel.. he must have just died a few minuted before I got there...

i think my tiger barb is pregnant, my water temp. was high today, almost 80 degress F. it hit 80 degrees tonight before.. but today my males had their fins all the way out and they were chasing her and they were colorful except their noses :sad: and her stomach is gettin big.. i think shes...

hmm... dont keep any of these fish.. try changing 20-25% a day, and do you have stuff to treat the water before you put it in the tank? chlorine, chloramine remover, electrolyte adder and such.. if so, what brand, how much do you put in the new water?

lol yeah the sound of the filter pooring water into the tank can get kinda obnoxious at night when your sleeping.. i have my tank in my room too lol

good choice.. bettas are very attractive fish, im sure he will love his new home instead of those tiny bowls that fish stores keep them in.
