I just got into fish keeping this year (2012) around January.
I did a fishless cycle which was so tempting for myself to buy a fish! But I waited over a month and half before adding my first fish, I began with a 10g but decided I wanted to go bigger! So went up to a 20 long, LOVE IT! Its the perfect size for what I wanted to achieve.
