My Aquariums & Fish: An artificial tub with a pond like set up which has a lotus plant with few miscellaneous plants that float. There are four mollies. Two males and two females.

Number of tubs used - 3.
Diameter of the largest Tub - 28 inches. (No. of Gallons - ? Trying to find out)
Diameter of the inside Tub - 16 inches.
Number of mollies - 4 (2 males and 2 females)

I feed the Mollies twice a day and clean the fish poop using a home made siphon every two days. Since while cleaning some water gets wasted, I add that much water every 2 days. That indeed is a very small percentage so the overall environment remains the same. The necessary bacteria are preserved and the toxic level remains low and diluted.
