What you said about Mono Sebae is true and by the book. I did communicated with a number of Asian fish farms that export mono sebae in volume. They have been raising and spawning Mono Sebae in fresh water for generatons.

Not properly? Tickled my fancy? Why don't you just dismantle your tank and return all your fishes to there they belong? rivers? lakes? Africa? Asia? Latin America? 90% of the Monos are from fish farms in South Asia. Those fish farms has been purposely spawning and raising them in FRESH...

Not really, the tank is nicely balance at this point. All are growing, really no reason to change.

yup, the green terror hangs out with the fronts and ignore the labs or parrots. 4 fronts and 1 terror. Interesting that you mention it. The existing mollies and swordtails (about 10 of them) are doing fine, swimming in open, middle of the tank and not hiding. But!!! I was over confident...

Yup, four monos in fact, and they have been in that tank for almost a year now, gained over an inch. They were nippy the first month or so, but somehow grew into solid citizens.

I am thinking mine might have reach its full size, it haven't grown in the last 4 months. Lots of good and big tank :) By the way, what would be a good male to female ratio?
