bugger, i have heard of that happening with friends tanks unlucky as it was a nice setup. dehumidifyer? really one of my tanks is open topped ive never even thought about that wouldnt it just make it evaporate more?

i think its a good tank man. and i hate to give advice to experienced fishkeepers but have you considered putting a black background?

god paul your just obsesed man (in a good way) love all your fish and tanks but whens it going to stop? your house will fall apart with all the weight of your tanks. ps how do you afford to buy so many tanks and fish? as your profile says your 18 are you working full time if not let me know...

i found it at mum and dads on a bush walk as a tree had fallen over and the roots were begining to rot and i could just pick them up and take them home. :D al

i think the tanks are amazing in size and design but i do hate the fake coral i thinke you could do better with natural but it would be too much work for the matinance crews.

i have a question for you is that an arowana or a saratoga as i thought we only had saratogas in oz .... r they the same fish and whats the difference? ps. my archers are spitting all over the branches in my tank with the extended hood when i put cocroaches on the branches! alex

i realy dont know why im getting involved in this thread but i can just say i can see both sides of this argument... as both species can be in a similar tank as long as it is big enough. but the preferd conditions are different for both species, and for me fish keeping is mainly about creating...
