Fertilizing
Co2 is currently by the Ferplast Bio Co2 system (3 units) with the power reactor and I am also using Flourish excel everyday.

I using Tropica Nutrient + which Themuleous suggested (as I am lazy ) and am currently doing two ml daily doses a week + 5ml on water changes but will see if that should go up as I go.

Lighting
Is via the original hood but with a twin 18w controller and extra light fitted and a third 18w controller from a fish tank giving 54 watts and 2.16 wpg of lighting, I have the rear 18w on a timer so it comes on 20 minutes before the rest and goes off half hour after.

The CO2 power reactor comes on 2 hours before lights on and goes off with lights off.

Moon lights are a waste of time so I disconnected them.

Substrate is Eco Complete.

Fish are:

8 Pristella tetra (X-ray).
6 Callistus tetra (Jewel).
6 Neon Tetra
2 Young Clown loach
2 weather Loach
1 Dwarf Gourami
2 Otto's (somewhere )
4 Shrimps
3 Siamese Algae eaters
