Well, no replies but my assumption was right. My platy gave birth to beautiful little babies. Luckily I caught it in time to save every fry she dropped. Thanks for the help anyways.

I was at petsmart and saw that they only had 2 female bettas left in a community tank. I'm sure they had more in the back somewhere but one of the bettas had ripped fins. I felt bad for her so i bought her and the remaining female and now they get to swim around happily in their own tanks =)...

CONGRATS!!!! My guppy just had her babies too!!! About 45 min ago! i was also able to witness the birth! ill have pics soon. =D Congrats again! i have 9 thriving and about 4 or so got eaten. :unsure:

awww im sry about your loss. :( I hope your female feels better soon! I'm sure when u get some friends for her to lurk with, she'll feel a lot better. And since my 20g is pretty much stocked to its limit, i was thinking about gettin another 20g or so to get the black phantoms!!! Those tetras...

Actually, i wouldnt mind paying a little extra for some quality bettas. You can consider me a betta freak :nod: since i love the little guys and gals sooo much

(Not his actual home. This is what i kept him in while i cleaned his tank ^_^ ) awwww poor Dante. I had him on stand in the living room and my sister brought her dogs over while i was gone. her dogs knocked over the stand and his tank and i came home to find him on the ground and dry. :sad...

lol Jenny, you're always there to save the day. i just recently upgraded the planting in my tank. the up and downing sarted in one area but now he goes all over. I'm pretty sure hes doing fine now.
