I want to get a better HOB filter for my 10 gallon planted tank. I plan on over-filtering, so consider a filter that is rated for a 20-30 gallon tank. Also, low noise is crucial! What caught my eye was the rena and hagen lines of filters. Let me know what you think!

I also want to mention that I heard that classics don't live up to their rating. The 2213 I have heard is closer to 40 gal rather than 66... anyone want to chime in on this?
